Kettlebells strewn all over the yard like some happy & uplifting cemetery, or so I think to myself.

Record a few warmup rounds to review later. In the meantime, work, good work & lots of it.

  • 5 sets of 1 minute on/1 minute off Long Cycle, higher than competition weight (6-7 rpm) 
  • 5 minutes of rehydration & recovery 
  • 5 solid minutes of Long Cycle, comp weight or lower (10-12 rpm) 
  • 5 minutes of rehydration & recovery 
  • 10 minute Snatch Test at comp weight

PR’d my Snatch test with 107 … Even held on to the bell until my grip gave out, and it tried to fly. Day by day, I’ll get to where I’m going.
