2017 Super Bowl Workout

The Falcons are playing the Patriots, and most of us are going to spend a lot of time in front of the TV tonight. We can still keep moving and get a nice little workout in to help us deal with the stress of the game, and to help prevent the inevitable hangover in tomorrow’s a.m.

Every time the Falcons score a Touchdown, do that many Squats. Whenever the Patriots score a Touchdown, do that many push-ups. When the Falcons score a Field Goal, it’s 3 Squats +3 Burpees. When the Patriots get a Field Goal, it’s 3 push-ups +3 Lunges (per leg).

Nice, simple & easy to follow. Whoever your team is, we hope you have a happy Super Bowl experience, but from us at CraseFit, RISE UP!!!
