4-25 Iron Lunch

Some people spend their lunch breaks with food. As noble & sensible as that seems, our bodies also crave  different kinds of nourishment: Movement & Strength. It doesn’t have to be an either/or scenario, we can certainly make time for both. How you handle the food portion is up to you, but here is a quick & dirty workout that will get you moving and leave you feeling Strong in next to no time.

5 Rounds of:

  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 5 Cleans R + 1 Strict Press R/ 5 Cleans L + 1 Strict Press L
    • increase Strict Presses each set, so by the 5th & final set, you are doing 5 Presses from each arm

Finish off with a final set of 25 Kettlebell Swings

Go heavy for extra nutritional benefit. Depending on how much rest you need between sets, this workout shouldn’t take long at all. You can see from the picture that my lunch was practiced at the river. Bring food and make a quick picnic to break up your day.

Semper Fortis & Always Strong,
